stomach problems belching and smell that comes from low in the bowel

i have been to doctors and had all kinds of test and they keep telling me that they cannot find anything wrong i have lost about 30 pounds is there someone that can tell me what is going wrong

im type 2 and renal dialisis at suurrey memorial hospital in bc i had a small bag of pringles potato chips dill pickel damb do they tast good i started to bloat up belching like no tomoro smelling like tottle sick and lower gas that will nock you out o i wish i was in a elivator with other people so they can injoy my dicomfort please help me peptobzmal seem s to help some butt damb it , mabe ill just belch till i almost toss the cookies and hope for yhe best ,should i eat yogert and go for war with bactearia

Hey,
Could you give us some background on what symptoms you've had, what tests you've had and how long all this has been going on?  More information would help so that someone here might be able to point you in the right direction.
