swelling in nose

one year ago i got a problem of throat infection  phelgum{white fluid} comes from my mouth continuously without any act of cough; after some time  my nose started blocking
and now my one of the nosestril remains always blocked and in left one there is some sort of swelling which reduces air passage
now when my right nosetril is blocked i have breathing problem + throat infection
ENT doctor gave me nasal drips but it doesn"t work
please help meeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

Very good Drknee. I might also suggest saline spray up each nostril several times a day. You can purchase aerosolized saline quite inexpensiveloy at most U.S. drug stores.

Thanks for writing to the forum!
Without examining it is difficult to comment. Take steam, warm fluids, OTC anti-inflammatory drugs like ibuprofen and anti-allergics like Claritin. Gargle with warm saline water. You should be fine in a day or two. If symptoms persist consult a doctor.
