swollen lymph nodes, high blood pressure, 18yrs old...

what could cause swollen lymph nodes, high blood pressure, fatigue, malaise, left leg and arm weakness, chest pain, paresthesias in an 18yr old male?

All the latter symptoms you mentioned could be signs that you've suffered a heart attack.  Although not overly common, you can have a heart attack even at your age.  Angina is also a possibility.  I don't know about the swollen lymph nodes.  However, it would be difficult to make a definitive diagnosis as to the cause of your symptoms without a personal examination and lab tests.

the weird thing is, is that i am not really overweight, my family members arent known for heart attacks/problems.
im wondering if an infection or virus can do thesse things?
