tightness in chest

For a week, I have had tightness in my chest.  It doesn't hurt, just a constant tight feeling.  I have no problems breathing or swallowing.  I have been having back muscle stiffness, and overall muscle tingling.  For the past two months I have had major sinus drainage from allergies.
