go to the docs if concerned they can tell u better
Good Morning!
I am not a physician or clinician. With that said these are symptoms I have had on several occasions. You did not mention which arm the pain is coming from. This could be significiant if it is the left side...your heart side of your body. Does the pain come & go at specific times? ...or randomly?
It could perhaps, be a symptom of heart disease.
It could perhaps, be a symptom of rotator cuff problem in your shoulder.
My suggestion would be to go to the doctor & get an EKG & lab work to begin ruling out various illnesses.
I hope this response helps a bit. Good Luck! Let us know how things are progressing.

Without doing ultrasound she can't tell if its tendons or muscles, but it is own the left side and I do have a heart murmur already
It is often due to compression of nerves in the cervical region. To make this diagnosis, have someone apply axial traction while you are experiencing the pain. Axial traction is traction that pulls the head upwards along the axis of the spine separating the vertebra. If the discomfort is immediately relieved you know the problem. Range of motion exercises and isometrics to increase muscle tone are sometimes helpful.
