I think you may be allergic to something on your partners skin - maybe the type of soap he uses?

My skin also gets irritated sometimes after sex, does your itch go away shortly after?  I find once I've had a shower and or washed myself the feeling goes away. Funny enough I don't have the same issue with my mouth/throat.
