Hi
Welcome to the forum!
Regarding the blood clots in the brain, their position and the symptoms they can cause, you need to consult a neurologist, maybe take a second opinion. If you are having balancing problem and short term memory, maybe you should ask the neurologist to look into it. MS generally causes lesions in the white matter of the brain. If you do not have the lesions, you may not have MS.
Your symptoms are probably due to involvement of peripheral nerves due to high glucose. The other possibility is that chronic kidney infection could be causing your symptoms. Please consult an endocrine specialist and get your blood glucose, thyroid, parathyroid and adrenal gland function evaluated.
The symptoms are more in favor of endocrine disorders, anemia, kidney disease etc than MS.
Hope this helps. Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!
