what is it???
on my right bum cheek: when i sit down it feels like i am sitting on mt bone i no i aint though so what is it i had for about a week then it went then it come back and i had it for 4days and it went now i have it again for 5 days what is it ???????????????????

A lump on your buttock that comes and goes can be a cyst or it can be an abscess (localized collection of pus) or it could be a lipoma (localized collection of fat). The other possibility is that it is a mobile lump like a neurofibroma (localized collection of nerve and fibrous tissue). When the swelling appears consult your PCP. It is difficult to comment beyond this without examining.
