please help,could this be bowl obstruction ? should i see a doctor right away?

nauseated,sever blotting , stomach pain and overall weird feeling in my stomach ,constipation,so tired all the time can even sleep 10 hours wake up and feel like i never slept at all, did have a tubal about 9 years ago so dont think its pregnancy .dizziness almost fainted few times and it happens when i'm sitting or standing.also had pain in my stomach when i did pass my bowls ,actually felt like something popped in my stomach
not related but also have a fowl taste in my mouth when i cough sometimes

It does sound like  blocked bowels. Especially with the bad breath/burps/coughs. thats a sign your really backed up.
Generally people use drugs but if you go buy a bag of purple FIGS (purple/black. and juicy not the white dried up ones) and eat three.. you should be  nicely cleared within 10 hours (even if its really bad) . it never fails. They taste like big raisins and are natures favourite way  to deal with t his.
After you feel better...and evacuate... try eating one a day with your biggest meal.
You can buy drugs to do this or suppositories... but trust me on this that this will naturally and very effectively work .
If for any reason you think it might be something more serious of you have taken a fall or a punch... please see your doctor first.

Bowel obstruction would mean you could not have any evacuation.  Have you seen a doctor and told him these symptoms?  I'd suggest that you do so.

figured i better state a few facts ,i'm 38 year old female,and do suffer from copd chronic obstruction pulmonary disease, and before symptoms started was on a sever workout program,had to stop because of sever stomach pains,these stopped so tried getting back into it and then these symptoms started also started taking laxatives to help with constipation.
