Foreskin discomfort and redness

I am 34.  I noticed a month ago that the my foreskin area was very sensitive. I am circumsized. a few days later i got a small red rash under the head of my penis near foreskin. My general doctor said it could be yeast, and did not look like a STD. He gave me Dyflucan which has not done a thing, nor did the creams he gave me. I also have redness directly on my urethra opening. I have a very narrow stream when I urinate, could this all be related? It is starting to burn on occasion, and even though it does not look to bad it is very concerning to me. After an erection the foreskin pain seems worse. Please help.

Could you urine be infected and causing these as atypical symptoms? A urinalysis and culture would answer that question. Could it just be local trauma from sexual or masturbatory activity? A reaction to condoms or something in your partner (cologne, chemicals in you partner's vagina/rectum?
There is a condition called "Balanitis Xerotica Obliterans" (or, "Lichen Sclerosis et Atrophicus ") which can narrow the opening of your penis and cause thinning and scarring of your penile skin. Usually the skin looks quite pale but in an acute situation, could, I am sure, appear red. This is a difficult condition to treat and I suspect would best be managed by a dermatologist.
Obviously, there are many possibilities, but as with most medical situations, a first hand evaluation is necessary to make the diagnosis.

Doctor thank you so much for your fast response. My urine is clean. The thing that scares me most is upon urine exiting the urethra it is so narrow at the exit, and always splits at 1st. Is this a major concern? I also have a drip after in which i use toilet paper to dry. Is a split stream with narrow stream exit a sign of something bad, I cant get an appointment at urologist for a month.
