Pain/color discoloration in the head and tip of head of penis for last 3 months

For the last 3 months I have had a lot of pain and suffering in the tip of my penis

May 4th - 1st ever encounter with a sex worker, I believe that she applied a condom orally on me.
May 7th - Blood in urine
May 9th - Emergency visit, checked for Gonorrhea and chlamydia (BOTH NEG) and given Rosephen (sp?) and 4 pink antibiotics for prevention.
May 11th - No more Blood, extreme itching burning in testicles and anus and pain the urinary tract/head of penis, found small white substance on testicles (later determined white flakes as deodorant (SURE Brand) from tucking under shirt into underwear for work.  (Lasted 3 weeks)
May 16th - urologist thought it was Prostatitis given month supply of Ciprofloxacin 500 MG – no change in symptoms also found out about Deodorant and stopped using
May 30th - Itching stopped, went to STD clinic tested for HIV, Gonorrhea and chlamydia, (all Neg) not checked for herpes or syphilis.  Tip swelled, darkened and some pain
June 9th -Urologist Visit said its nothing but wanted to do a cyto to look in bladder
June 6- Dr thought Balanitis given Clobetasol helped with swelling.
June 22 - Cyto performed everything look great in bladder but still same symptoms.
July 4 - Opening of penis is swollen and inflamed discoloration starting to kick in, small red bumps on penis, blue tint under head, top really white. Also when the head of the penis is washed only some parts of head get really red while others stay white. After swimming the penis became really splotchy, shades of darker purple and light pink, went away after 24 hours.
July 15 same symptoms-
July 27th - went to dermatologist but they also dismissed me before examination saying they its more of a urologist problem she did check for syphilis, penis looks normal despite pain.
July 29th - sitting bills, made several more appointments not mentioned earlier because nothing was found. Penis goes through color changes and constant dull pain in the tip of penis.

Sure you can have an allergic reaction  to the condom or to the lubricant. You can also traumatize the head of the penis with sex and can have a reaction to any chemical that your partner may have in her vagina. You can also get an allergic reaction to your soap and an inflammation of the head of the penis from a fungus, especially if you are a diabetic.
I would expect your urologist could give you that answer.

Hi Dr,

Thank you for getting back to me on this, I really do appreciate your response and in fact I whole heartedly agree with your response.

I am trying to find an STD, and it seems that im not going to stop until I find it or it drives me crazy. Its fairly obvious from my results that I do not have an STD.

Is it possible though to get a minor reaction from a condom, yeast, bacterial, fungal or a minor infection after sex? Something that would target the urethral opening?

I did not mention that I am not circumcised, and applying the various creams and not keeping the area dry and pulling the foreskin back with the combination of medications made my situation a lot worse.

For the last 2 weeks I have kept the area dry and extremely clean. The condition has bettered itself 90%, leaving me with the same sensation/ irritation in the head of the penis.

Bringing me back to the question is possible to a reaction to a condom, yeast, bacterial, fungal or a minor infection after sex?

I can live with this situation, but understand its kind of hard to accept a penis tip (opening) that hurts is inflamed 2x its normal size as being all in my head.

I can understand some of your initial symptoms/concerns but given that you have had persistence of your discomforts and have sensibly been checked out by several physicians without  anything being found, I have to think of an emotional cause for these. When you focus on an area, pretty soon you begin to see minor changes that you never noticed in the past and worry further. So, you need to move from focusing on the physical to the emotional. Your family physician may be a good place to start but a psych-social worker, psychologist or psychiatrist might have to be involved ultimately. Deal with this now as the longer the symptoms persist the more difficult they are to treat.
Good luck!
