I agree with the testing thus far.
A prostate infection can be difficult to diagnose, and may require extended courses of antibiotics. A prostate massage can be done, and any fluid expressed should be sent for culture and analysis.
Imaging the prostate can also be considered with a transrectal ultrasound. Any abscesses found would have the be drained, as antibiotics would not be effective.
These options can be discussed with your urologist.

I should add the Chlaymidia Ghonereha and Syphilis tests were several weeks after, the HIV and heptaitis over a month and the ultrasound over a month and a half after. Also that I know of she tested negative for all STDs.
