Penis pain/burning very confusing symptoms

22 year old male. 3 weeks ago, had protected sex with a girl that is unquestionably clean. We had sex around 5 times that night within 4-5 hours.  In 1 week, we had sex around 20 times.

Right after when I had sex with her 5 times, I noticed a slight burn in the penis. Around 3-4 days later the burning got worse and pain came. This pain was only on the shaft of the penis, just below the head.  The pain and burning was there with me the entire day and not just after urinating. It got so painful that I had to go get a shot in order to reduce pain.
I went to see an urologist, and had urine tests for bacterial related stds and infections.  Also stuck his finger up my anus, and made some fluid come out of my penis that he tested. The tests came out negative.  The doctor prescribed me 3 days antibiotics and phenoazypyridine.  This helped a lot, and within 2-3 days the discomfortant was nonexistant.

Days later I got an erection due to being sexually excited for about 20-30 minutes.  After the erection, that there was some pain in the exact same place as before. I took oral pain killer and the pain went away. I thought nothing of it.  However, I started noticing whenever I got an erection, pain would follow.  But, the interesting thing was that this pain would not occur with the erection.  It would occur afterwards.  Also, the longer period of time I went without a longer erectoin (over 30 seconds to a min), the longer I could hold an erection without the pain coming back.  For example, if I went 3 days without a longer erection (over 30 seconds to a min), I could hold an erection for probably 10-15 min before it started hurting afterwards.  If I went 1 day without a longer erection, I could hold an erectoin for only about 1-2 min before it started hurting. This type of pain did not go away after a while.  It actually persisted for about a day or two, depending on the length of the erection, before fully going away.

Could Prostatis cause only penile pain like pinching or burning? Just curiuus what the connection is between that sensation and the Prostate.

I agree with the workup thus far, as infection is a leading possibility.

The prostatic massage can help look for prostatitis.  Imaging the prostate can be done as well to exclude an abscess.

If the tests continue to be negative, a cystoscopy can further evaluate the lower GU tract.  A urethral stricture or polyp can lead to some of your symptoms.

These options can be discussed with your personal physician.

Followup with your personal physician is essential.

Forgot to add that it is now 3 weeks later, and the pain/burning are both back.  Sitz baths don't work.  Not sure what is wrong.
