You have had a pretty comprehensive set of tests that would find most of the major causes of your symptoms.

Right lower quadrant pain can be caused by the appendix, inflammatory bowel disease (i.e Crohn's disease), or referred pain from the kidneys.

The CT scans would likely eliminate appendicitis from the list of causes.  You can consider a small bowel series or a capsule endoscopy to further evaluate the small bowel for inflammatory bowel disease.

A bone scan can be considered to look for diseases or cancer that may have spread to the bone.  With the normal testing thus far, it would be unlikely that cancer was missed.

If the tests continue to be negative, irritable bowel syndrome would be another cause where treatment can be optimized (i.e. with increasing the amount of fiber in the diet or with antispasmodic agents).

These options can be discussed with your personal physician.

Followup with your personal physician is essential.
