recently had heterosexual intercourse and my testicles and penis shaft are sore
I had unprotected sex with a woman last week and two days later my testicles and penis shaft were a little sore and It hasnt seemed to go down yet. It feels as if the tip of my penis is cold. My testicles feel about a 3 out of 10 in pain. It is just aggravating cause it never felt like this before. My stomache is also a little sore. It doesnt hurt when I pee although it seems like a have to more but I don't. I have no rashes, no discharge from my penis but it just doesnt feel the same, its kind of hard to explain. It seems everyone else on her with the similar problem gets prescribed some crazy medicine that doesnt work. An? professional advice?

Infection needs to be ruled out. This can be done via a urine test looking for gonorrhea and chlamydia. The prostate can also be palpated or imaged with a transrectal ultrasound. Any prostatic fluid can be sent to the lab for analysis and culture.
With the testicular discomfort, I would also consider a scrotal ultrasound to evaluate for epididymitis.
If infection has been ruled out, a cystoscopy can be considered to evaluate for anatomical causes of the discomfort (i.e. urethral stricture or polyp).
These options can be discussed with your urologist.
Followup with your personal physician is essential.
