sexual function question

For a long time i have thought that frequent masterbation/sex has lead to problems in me such as a sore lower back(especially), armpits ache, leg, arm, groin calf tightness/soreness as an after affect. Also, another symptom is loose bowls after.   String a few days in a row it gets worse lay off a few days I feel better.  A few months ago,i have seem to have food posioning (vomiting/bowl movemnts all night)and nothing has seemed the same.  all my symtoms i have had seem to be exagerated tenfold with more added.  i started to notice that my testciles ached and penis had a sick feeling on and off. just before ejaculation i have noticed a slight rash on the shaft of my penis only during erection and on the head of my penis small 1/8" red spots near the hole would appear and then dissapear and look like faint grey spots under the skin then be gone completely. My penis does not look right, looks kind of sick when i ejaculate, not like it used to normally. i then feel like i am being posioned. my whole body aches.  my head and scalp feel wierd and itchy kind of like a headache kind of not. my bones ache, especially my ribs/back.  This would come and go, seemed to be triggered by once again an orgasm or now even an errection.  so i start to feel better at times then i get the littlest errection and  my sytmtoms get worse again. i have tested it.  if i go all the way to ejaculation, it is even worse.  Since ten, i have had a colonocopy, an EDG, std tests, blood tests, stool tests, everything negative -my tonsils were taken outthey were badly infected (chronic tonsilitis-history of sore throats and antibiotic perscribed) but it never seemed to me that that was the reason or what is going on.  it has been 1-1/2 weeks and i feel the same since my tonils came out. i have been completely stressed and freaked out, getting no sleep, most of the time becasue i feel like i am being poisoned which is definatley making thisngs worse. so htat was the diagnosis and my PCP says i need sleep and calm down and i will be fine. i have had an infection once ten years ago as chiild blood after urination.  has never happend since then.  no current pain or problems with urination/frequency.  My basic questin is can excessive masterbation/sex trigger somthing like this? maybe some soret of infection exists in the testicles or prostate.  or can not coming to full ejacultion ("blue balls")if happened too often happend often do something very bad to you lke this?

Hello - thanks for asking your question.

You note many symptoms such as aching testicles, a rash on the shaft of the penis, red sports on your penis, aching bones in your ribs and back.  You have had many GI tests such as a colonoscopy, EGD, STD tests, "blood tests", stool tests - all negative.

I am unaware of excessive masturbation causing these diffuse symptoms.  It is possible that the trauma of the act itself has caused irritation and soreness of your penile and testicle area.

However, before attributing it to that, you have to make sure it isn't anything more serious.  If you are having testicular discomfort, it is definitely worth getting evaluated for any anatomical disease (i.e. torsion) with a scrotal ultrasound.  Infectious such as prostatits, urethritis, or epididymitis can also cause testicular discomfort.  It is worth obtaining a urinalysis and samples of prostating secretions before and after prostatic message to make sure that no infection is present.

Regarding your rash, it may be simple dermatitis from the masturbation itself, but it would be a good idea to have this checked out by a dermatologist or your primary care physician.  Fungal infections may also be possible.

I do not quite understand your last question, but I think you are asking if "too much" masturbation leads to erectile dysfunction.  I am unaware of this being a cause.  However, if you are not able to maintain a full erection and are concerned about damage from masturbation, you may want to inquire about a urology referral.  Nocturnal penile tumescence testing may be considered to evaluate penile activity.

Followup with your personal physician is essential.
