I am at a loss to give you further help without seeing the situation first hand. Try another urologist and get another opinion.

actually no its not the frenulum its actually the head. Its not the piece of skin connecting my head to the shaft its actually head. It ripped from the urethra opening down the bottom side of the head.
I suspect that the issue is really that the frenulum ripped. This is a short piece of skin that extends from the head of the penis onto the shaft on the underside of the penis. This skin appears to be a web and can extend almost up to the hole in the tip (meatus). With thrusting during sexual activity this web can rip and be quite painful. Often there is some bleeding. This can be corrected by a simple surgical procedure that can be done in the office with some local anesthesia. The meatus (”hole”) is not damaged, just the skin web. If you stretch the underside of the head, you may see a raw area a millimeter of two wide.
Apply antibiotic ointment such as bacitracin and avoid any sexual activity until it is completely heealed (about a week to 10 days).
