Vitamin D Deficiency is directly related to depression Stress and anxiety,Vitamin D acts on the areas of your brain that are linked to depression, but exactly how vitamin D works in your brain isn’t yet fully understood.
Your anxiety, can depend on how much sun you are exposed to if you are an individual who is particularly strongly affected by seasonal shifts.
The Panic attacks you were facing are Because of depression and if you are in to long time anxiety then your digestive system is badly effected that's the cause that you got some problem with bowels.
Try to hang out with your friends in day time more you are exposed to sun light its more likely that your vitamin d3 supplement gonna benefit you.
Be very much careful while choosing Vitamin quality matters.
Hope this helps you
Hi there,
I had a vit d drop, and it created havoc like this.. When things aren't balanced, it's hard for other vitamins/minerals to be properly absorbed. I find taking a probiotic helps me absorb nutrients better (repairs so I can absorb more efficiently). You should start to see a difference after a month or so.. Mine was so low I was on 50,000 iu weekly, so if you're still having problems after a month or two, maybe bring that up to your doctor, if that would be an option..
Best of luck!
