You can take these together. Cayenne is unlikely by itself to make you lose weight, though it will help circulate energy and blood. Any hot herb does that. I don't know what's in your acai supplement, just remember it doesn't do all the things claimed for it. It's just a very nutritious berry, so don't expect the miracles claimed for it.
