vitamins

I take a cayenne pepper supplement for metabolism support, an acai+superfruit supplement, super b complex and a multivitamin.  Is it safe to take all these together and does the cayenne pepper supplement help you lose weight?

So the acai vitamin does not provide the antioxidents it claims to provide?  Are they just a waste of money?

You can take these together.  Cayenne is unlikely by itself to make you lose weight, though it will help circulate energy and blood.  Any hot herb does that.  I don't know what's in your acai supplement, just remember it doesn't do all the things claimed for it.  It's just a very nutritious berry, so don't expect the miracles claimed for it.
