Losing weight

Dear Doctor,

I had kind of stress and was afraid I had a serious disease. This started 4 weeks ago.. I made blood tests and everything came normal except the Gamma GT liver function was increased. This is because of usage of alcohol.

I stopped alcohol and was worried a lot. Got diarrhea for 3 days (6 times to the wc a day and even had little mucus in stool).

IN the period of 3 weeks I lost 3 KG's.. I was 78.5 or 79 kg and now I am 76 kg...
I am 172 cm tall and 34 years old.

Can this weight lose be the alcohol? Or stress. Or it can be something I have to take care about?

Just to be clear.. I had some days where I did not eat that much also...

Thanks in advance

Well. The weight is stable on 76 kilo gram at the morning.

Thanks for answering.

Both eliminating alcohol and adding stress can impact weight loss.  It sounds like things are a bit more stable now.  Concentrate on maintaining adequate hydration and take good care of yourself!
