B 12 with Lipo Progress!!

Well so far i'm been doing the b12 with lipo shot for one week.  I'm so excited i've lost 4 lbs. already.  I'm doing 3 shots a week and also drinking alot of water and trying not to eat after 7pm.  I would like to hear about everyone elses progress.  I'm also thinking about taking phentermine to help me out with my hunger.  Good luck to all of you and i'll keep you posted.

I started the B6/B12 Lipo shots last Friday along with Adipex, so far it's working great, it's only Monday but I went to get my shot for this week and I have already lost 4 pounds 4 ounces just over the weekend. Wish me luck guys and gals, hopefully this will continue to work out for me!

So do you need the lipo part of it to loose weight?

I have Thyroid problem and have fibromalgia and i went for my first B12/lipo shot yesterday and i dont know if there is something in that shot that is amazing but i woke up this morning feeling pretty energized and my muscles did not hurt. I feel better than i have in a very long time...i just love it...I am looking to lose at least 60 lbs and am on a diet that the doctor gave me and is very filling and i have had no hunger pains or anything...i went for a long walk this morning...and feel just great...I recommend this to anyone with needing to lose weight.

Start date Feb. 10th got a shot of b-12 Lipo and Feb. 11th took my first 1/2 a pill of phentermine. In 3days along with exercise I have lost 8lbs.

For anyone who is interested and is SERIOUS ABOUT LOSING WEIGHT...PLEASE READ.!!!!  This really really really works, but you've got to burn it off. I started around the first week of Dec 07 my apt cost was $88( without the labwork) . I monitored no more than 1,000 calories a day( it is possible!!), water intake was no biggie, I HATE WATER, but my husband had me drinking a lot up to 64oz a day. I got a food scale to make sure I was eating the right portions. I started at first 3 days a week, just walking on my treadmill for 30 min.( I brought it after not paying a couple of utility bills:)!! I was SERIOUS! those bills will be around after I'm dead. I had my health in mind and after surgery for my sleep apnea, I determined I was going to be around for my hubby and son. Anyway I build up to 4 times a week for 45min. I even jogged a little!!! I enjoyed jump rope as a child, so I got one to switch it up a little. My original goal was a size 16 and stop. I haven't been in the teens since high school. I went from a 22 to a 12 !! My little sister just sent me her too big jeans in the mail size 11, 12 etc. I WAS 270 WHEN I STARTED. IN JUNE 08 I WEIGHED 197 MY LOWEST EVER!!! Eventually I relocated to another state away from my doctor and my once a week shots. I'm still working out, but I've gotten too lazy and went up to 205. I'm looking around for the same weight loss program and eventually GET OUT OF THE 200 ZONE FOR GOOD!!! IF ANYONE WANTS TO TRY, DON'T BE SCARED..IT BEATS SURGERY AND STUPID ALLI PILLS THAT LEAVES YOU ON THE TOLIET ALL DAY!!! I never thought I would lose this much and at 31, I am finally not crying in front of a mirror naked!!!!  GO FOR IT!!!
