I ordered it a week ago I've lost 2 pounds but also have cut back on pop . according to the flier I should be 14 pounds lighter.  This is a dud. I put the ball in water and the blue coating melted off and did not expand at all.  I feel fuller when I take it and not as hungry.  I don't believe it burns fat or sugar.  One of its ingredients says granulated sugar.  Duh.

Was wondering about this product and think I will pass at this time. The only real way to lose weight is to not put the food in your mouth and exercise. Sounds easy enough but it isn't there has to be something out there please let me know. ***@****
