Hi I just started the Phen and B-12 shots yesterday and I am already 3 pounds down but that might just be the time of day since weight usually fluctuates 2-5 pounds in a day. I really don't have an appetite at all but the pill is giving me a bit of a head ache and I could not sleep at all last night after my B-12 Lipoplex shot. Does anyone else have trouble sleeping? How often does everyone take the shots, they are kinda expensive and I want to know if they really help or can I just use the pills. I am hoping to be at my goal weight of 140 (I am 5'8) by June for my wedding. I have always been at a healthy weight but planning this wedding has stressed me out so much I have gained 30 pounds since the engagement and I no longer fit into my dress!! So I am hoping I can lost 35 pounds in 5 months.I eat every 2 hours to make sure my metabolism stays high even thought I don't feel like eating anything. I also drink at least 10 glasses of water a day so i don't get dehydrated.

Okay, so I started the B12 and phen combo on Dec 21, 2011.  This is my first time trying this.  I lost 7lbs in the first week, 5lbs in the second week. Now I am in my third week with only two more days to weigh in and I have not lost a single pound.  I am pretty much doing the same things(2 meal a day diet the NP game me and exercising 3-4 times a week for an hour on the treadmill).  I am starting to get frustated but will discuss with my provider on Thursday.  I guess 12 lbs for 3 weeks is still good. I just hate the stall.  The good thing is that I am focusing on eating right now and exercising so I do hope to make this a lifestyle change verses a quick fix so I wont find myself in the situation again.

I have been on and off Phen for years, but never really fully committed.  This time I am at my heaviest and I am all in.  I was given 30 mg for the 1st month, but it has never worked for me, at least so I thought. I lost 3 lbs in three weeks, so now I am motivated.  I got a b-12 shot yesterday and will get a refill on my phen by the end of the week, so we will see what happens.  I will say this, only 24 hours after b-12 and a have little to no appetite and my energy level is through the roof.  FYI I am 40 years old and 5'8".

Went to the doctor today and got my prescription for adipex, received a b-12 and lipo shot. Was also told that because I need to loose 100 lbs, I should also go on Atkins for the 1st two months and they will re-evulate me after those 2 months to see if I can switch to a low calorie diet. Very positive this time about the approach to a life style change and just not weight loss.  Want to have my "sexy back" for me and my husband; don't want to be stuck with this marshmallow body any longer.  Look forward to the next 6-8 months.

It was last New Year's when I decided to lose weight. I was 318 pounds and couldn't even look in a mirror. One day I was in a store buying food and a child came up to me and poked my belly and asked me when my baby was going to come and I wasn’t even pregnant. Anyways after 2-3 months of taking useless diet pills and abs monster machines and all that crap I was reading online and came across a site called http://boyels.com . After reading it and watching the video I decided to try it out and see where it took me. I must say it was probably the best choice in my whole life. Eight months later I'm weighing in at 187 pounds with a visible 4 pack of abs (working on the 6 pack). I still use the program today and I tell you the main thing is to never give up no matter which way you decide to lose weight and always push yourself further then the day before because in the end all that is needed is the determination to do what you want to do. I wish you the very best luck in your journey on the path to lose weight.
