65 and obese

I exercise 4 hours per week - cardio and strength.  I usually eat moderately unless I binge on ice cream.   I have hypothyroidism that is controlled with medication.  I cannot lose.  What is going on, please?

While exercise has lots of benefits, some people find that it only contributes a relatively smaller amount to weight loss.  I tend to believe that weight loss is primarily diet controlled - both portions and the quality of what you eat.  Without knowing more about what you eat and drink each day (a food diary is really helpful with that!) it can be hard to know where to start cutting back.

How long you are into exercise or into weight loss program. Burning the fat is not an easy task, it will take some time but surely if you follow the same for few months you will see a good result. And what is your diet chart? I recommend you to go for some good diet like fruits diet or fiber diet.
