HCG injections & Phentermine
Is anyone taking HCG injections and Phentermine together?
I have done each individually and recently heard of using them both together.

I go to a weight loss clinic (Dr. Girouard in Huntersville, NC) and take phentermine 37.5 mg and a weekly HCG injection. Started the program 7/15/09 at 203LBs / 5' 9" / 45 year old female. My first weigh-in was this morning and I lost 22 Lbs in 4 weeks. I follow the program exactly as he details, exercise 6 times a week (walking), drink lots of water, vitamin at night, etc..
The phentermine has been a great help with appetite supression so I am able to focus on portion control and eating healthy. Only side effect I have exeperienced is "dry mouth" which really isn't a bother at all. I have no problems sleeping and actually am pretty tired by the time bed time rolls around.
Biggest change that I have noticed is in my face, legs, and waist.

Phen is 37.5 per day She takes 1 and a 1/2 now. In beginning she took only 1. Take 1 in am and then 1/2 later in day. She has been on it since of June 2009 and has lost 25 lbs
35 IU of hcg 30 mg She takes a shot 1 time per week every Monday
