I m 5 ' 5 , 105 lbs lost a stone pretty quick through inappropriate dieting ( like 600 - 400 kcal a day) and now on 800 for about the 5th day, i have realised i cant loose anymore !
How much do i need to eat to maintain on a day of no activity ? And please someone convince me that this amount of kcal will not lead to weight gain,
