Best fat burner: exercise.
Drink lots of green tea, too. That's found in some of these fat losing pill schemes.
About a month ago I starting taking and herb, spirulina. I'm not sure how it works. I don't feel jumpy or heart pounding. But somehow it takes the compulsiveness away so I can make good food choices. I've only doing doing this about a month and I've lost 6 pounds. I recommend trying it.
If you are looking for a pill that will be a safe and effective fat burner, I think you'll be looking for a long time! I personally don't recommend supplements designed for this purpose, as they are not closely regulated and can carry some risk. And, they don't work. Even cleansing programs, which often ask you to consume a liquid diet or a significantly reduced calorie diet for a period of time, don't work in the long term (i.e. when you go back to your diet). Keep in mind that when you do a program or take a supplement, you're not learning any skills that will keep you healthy in the longer term.
I believe doing cardio with intervals. Start with 1 min sprinting, 1 minute jogging and 1 minute walking. Do this for 30 mins for a couple of weeks then increase the total workout time to 45 mins with 30 secs walking. don't forget to warm up or stretch enough before starting. hope this helps.
