I agree with Jaquta that lower weight, higher repetitions, as well as slower lifting, may help make your weight lifting more productive. Good luck!
Bicep curls. Triceps dips. There are variations of these exercises that can chisel vs grow the area. I would add some shoulder exercises too.
If you're lifting weights you might like to go for a lighter weight but do more reps. (You'll bulk up heaps if you do massive weights.)
