Is it possible that you are eating larger portions than you should? Some people also find that if they spend a bit more time on resistance exercise that they experience faster results in the gym. But stick with it!!
I have cut down on my portions can't eat as much but just recently my tummy has started to look rather large. i will increase my work out and try and spend more time on resistance items.
What items would you recommend?
Hi, I'm new to this forum, I live in Australia and have battled with my weight since having my 3 kids (eldest is 11). I've tried everything to try loose the fat from around my middle. When had my last child 2 years ago I had a problem with my liver (fatty liver) and having weight around my middle was a classic sign. I started seeing a naturopath 7 weeks ago and she put me on a 6 week detox. During that 6weeks I lost 5kg and believe it or not it was from my stomach area. I felt so much better after only 2 weeks, I sleep better, I'm not bloated, I don't have as much gas, it was amazing. I am now on the weight management program called Shake-it through her and it's been so easy, I feel fantastic. I walk 1.2kg 4 times a week and each protein rich foods have snacks and a meal replacement. My body needed that kick start because of my liver, maybe try detoxing and see if that helps with the stubborn tummy area.
Hope this helps.
