Remove carbohydrates from your nutrition and increase animal fats from organic meat sources, all sorts of nuts (vary every day) and add about 15ml of fish oil (if from europe id prefere to order liquid fish oil from alimentnutrition, if from USA then trueprotein has very cheap caps but great quality or swansonvitamins to order liquid fish oil)

ps. statins are the most selled drugs, pharma is making a lot money with it....actually you dont need them to lower cholesterol and they can be counterproductive (type google, statins and side effects)
The short answer is yes!
