Keep in mind that weight loss medications have been shown to be helpful for modest weight loss over a short term period. Many doctors recommend against taking them in the long term because of concerns about side effects and lack of effectiveness.
Medications are unfortunately not the long term answer. Have you tried modifying your diet and adding some exercise too?
I did also take this years ago and worked great. But about six months ago I tried it again. And I felt the same way as you so I looked it up and I read it's made by a different company and it is a little different. :(
I recently went to a weight loss clinic. They suggested I eat 1200-1400 calories a day and 50-70 carbs a day. They also suggested I eat every 300 calories 4 times a day, 3 hours apart. You can adjust that to your hunger. If you need to eat every 2 hours smaller calories, I think that would work. That way you don't have to take diet pills, which is not the answer. Add some exercise (walking) to that and you should have good results.
Good Luck!
