weight loss confusion

yesterday i started taking 1 pill per day of 37.5 phentermine. i also took a b12 shot and a lipo injection shot. when i was weighed in at the doctors office i was 206.4 lbs. yesterday i had no appetite but i forced myself to eat. i drank 100 oz of water and of course i had to pee alot(sorry for the tmi but i need u know everything). i also exercised for 30 minutes. now this is where i am confused. when i was weighed today at the same doctors office the scal said 200 lbs. they re-weighed me twice and its still 200. how is that possible?? is something wrong with the scale or did i really lose that much and how dangerous is it too lose weight that quickly? also is there a way that i can not lose so fast? i just want to lose weight the healthy way.... please help!!!

I've had the same reactions to the phentermine..ive been taking mine since june 25th, and the day i started taking it, i got on the treadill at home and did some interval training for 30 min and the next morning i had lost 4 pounds (i used to do the lipo b shots too, but wasnt at that time) and the first week n a half, i wouldnt eat a thing unless i reminded myself to eat. it was like the part of my body that creates those hunger pains had just dissappeared?!?! But come that first weeks weigh in, i had lost another 3 pounds and i only got on the treadmill that one time, the day i started...but it is normal..just dont expect it to continue to be THAT effective, after about 3 weeks, it really slows down :( . i get my shots and pills at my work, we"re an ob-gyn with a weight loss program and i mentioned it to her and a lot of her patients experienced the exact same thing...so dont worry, enjoy it while it lasts:) and another tip (perks of working with a weight loss specialist lol) she said, that after about 3 weeks of taking it everyday, stop for about 4 or 5 days, then start taking it again, and it'll be a lot more effective,, cause you start getting immune to it very quickly unfortunately.

Do you have any mood swings? It seemed that I was quite irritated most of the time when i was on them. I was taking 37.5 mg. I was o them for a month and lost about 5kg/11lbs. Because of the mood swings I decided to try calorie cycling and surprisingly, I am continuing to lose weight at almost the same rate.

You just started yesterday?  Wow...I took my first today of the phentermine 30mg.  I was told they would mail me the lipo b injections since the clinic is so far from where I live.  I am totally not used to the phentermine and am having trouble sleeping.  I have eaten far less today than I usually do.  I have not been hungry at all.  So it's definately working.  Could some of the loss you experienced be water?  The doc I went to said that can happen. Good luck on your weight loss journey and I hope I can be as fortunate. My starting weight is 257:O
