I'm not taking this too seriously either considering I have a lot of weight to lose and my wrists are bony. Lol.
What a ding **** I am. I asked you in another note whether you'd taken body measurements. Here they are, right in front of my face! Are both sets yours? Both in inches? Done when---which is new/which is old?
Oops...I'm a double ding d-o-n-g! (It's not always a bad word, MedHelp.) Your measurements they are right on your weight tracker! Forgive me; I've had a total of 3 hours of sleep in 2 days and really shouldn't be operating a keyboard without adult supervision. (Note to self: no emails to handsome, eligible bachelors until fully awake.) I know I was quite annoyed when some of my measurements (biceps, forearms, calves thighs) INCREASED when I was working with a trainer, but it ended up being gained muscle. Pulled the same trick on my scale, too. I'd be seeing changes in the mirror and in my clothes fit, but not in the tape measure or scale, then "POOF!", one day it'd finally show on the tape/scale. So, your attitude is good: don't take ANY single measurement---scale, tape measure or otherwise---too seriously. Just do your best to stick to the healthy diet & exercise program and you WILL get results that will be unmistakable.
BTW, Helen...your measurements are looking good. I haven't looked at your Weight Tracker, but you must be doing something right. Keep it up.
