abortion, nuvaring, infection??

Hi, i'm 20 years old.
I had my second abortion about 2 1/2 weeks ago at my 13th week of pregnancy. After the abortion i started my new birth control, the Nuva Ring. For the first 2 weeks I had bleeding and spotting off and on, mostly brown clots and discharge, it varied each day. Then it slowly faded away... and for a few days I had very little if any discharge and it was clear.  I am a little worried now, because in the past 3 days the discharge has come back, but now it is very watery and it's a clearish color with a slight brown tint. It has a very foul smell.. and it's soaking through regular underwear and pantyliners. I dont wanna get myself too worked up, because i know my body is going through alot of changes with the abortion and the new birth control... but i'm just really embarassed by the smell and the amount of watery discharge. Is there any way I can make it less severe?
I know i still need to go to the clinic for my checkup.. but till i can get there (not till later next week).. i'm embarrased to go anywhere or be around anyone.. please help!

I'm on the NuvaRing and when my period is on its way out i get that same creamy brown/tan tinted discharge. While on the nuvaring i notice that i have more of a discharge then I normally would. Also I have a tendancy to get yeast infections now because of it so watchout for that. But al i can say is when you go to the restroom make sure to wipe well, maybe get some of those Summer Eve feminine wipes (they help with odor) Otherwise i'd say Tampons help withthe discharge or use pads. It goes away after about 2-3 days after my period. So i'd say give it time.

I'm not sure about this, but I would think that you shouldn't wait til the end of next week, but get checked out sooner than that.  Sorry I couldn't help.
