3 yrs daughter potty training

My 3 yrs old do both pee & poo in toilet ( seat) when taken to toilet, when asked if she wants to go, sometimes she says yes and go, other times she says no, however, she never says she wants to go and she doesn't diffrentiate pee from poo, at rare occasion when poo starts she says and we may be able to rush here to continue in toilet....
The question is: how can I get her to say she wants to go for pee or poo? And how to help her get the difference between pee & poo?
Thank you
