45 years old m period is into 3rd week and not stopping

Help

I am 45 years old, recently my periods have become irregular, early, then late, this month it was 2 weeks late, very light at first, then heavy, light again, now its into its third week and although very light I still have to wear a pad.  I feel very washed out and depressed.  Is this the start of the menopause or something else?

Its a holiday weekend here so Doctors are closed.

you might also have low iron due to the bleeding. blackstrap molasses is high in iron. you can look up other foods too that have iron to perk you up.

Not sure sweetie...but if u can get ahold of some progesterone cream..that should slow the bleeding down if not stop it altogether.

You can find some in the Menopause section of the pharmacy....or in the vitamin section depending on how your pharmacy is layed out.

Find something called Natural Progesterone USP

Often made of "wild yams"....

Sorry I cant be more descriptive...just going by memory.
