Late period and mild groin pain

Good Morning,

I spotted last week for two days and my period was due to start yesterday but it didn't. Ever since the spotting I have been having lots of thin watery cervical mucus which sometimes feels like a period. My cervix is unreachable at times and it is soft. My boobs are not sore at all but have filled out a little. I tested this morning with a doaller tree test and 40 minutes later there was a faint line but I am guessing it was an evap line since it wasnt there at three minutes. I am having this mild ache in my pelvic area and it goes into my inner thigh/groin area. I am going in for a blood test today but I wanted to get some opinions and experiences with these symptoms.

PS. I had sore boobs with my first does that mean that I would have sore boobs with the second child?

Thanks,
Katie

Hi Katie,

I came on this forum this morning searching for answers myself.  I have symptoms very similar to you - late period (5 days), thin discharge, and what I can only describe as an awareness of my uterus.  I've taken several pregnancy tests of different brands (First Response, EPT, CVS) and all have come back negative.  I have had waves of feeling blah - slight nausea, etc.  I'm eager to hear how things come out for you because of the similarities, so please keep us posted.

If anyone else has any info, it would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks,

Nicky

My doc did a qualitative blood test and it came back negative but I got a faint positive. What is going on?

I don't temp. So I wouldn't know what is normal for me and what is not. Is there and specific temp range that would say that you are preg (of course i know you have to temp in the morning first thing)?
