Contraction like pain, one sided, tubal ligation 8 yrs ago

I am a 30 yr old mother of 2. For the last couple/few days I have been having contraction like pain in my lower left pelvic region and just yesterday they woke me up around 4 am and I had began to vomit. Im tired and could sleep all day if you let me.  My cycle was late this month, by 4 days, and usually last strong for 3 days and mild to light the last 2 days, however this month it came on very light with little to no cramps, (which is never the case with mine, they usually put me down for the first 2 days of my cycle). Anywho, AF came on Friday @ around 430 pm and was very light through late Satruday afternoon, then Late Saturday evening Sunday morning it was very heavy. Then by Sunday afternoon it was almost off completely. Monday no sign of any bleeding whatsoever. Now,  My breast arent what I would call tender/sore but if touched they sting a little bit and my lower back is very sore/tense .  I know that I cannot be pregnant because of the Tubal ligation that was done 8 yrs ago after the birth of my last child (99.5% birth control), but I know that something isnt right and its cause for concern because if something is going on in there, I def would like to know.

You are definitely correct that the best way to handle this is to give it to God.  See what the doctor says and pray for wisdom in dealing with whatever is thrown at you.

Thank you much for your comment.. I actually talked to the nurse today and she gave me more reasons to be concerned other than just an E.P... She told me it could be anything from cervical cancer, to E.P. or just a normal pregnancy. She advised me to be completely on the safe side to go see the GYN because if it is an E.P or cervical cancer it may be early enough to catch. Also, if I am pregnant she says because it has been 8 years since my tubal ligation, my body may be reacting differently to being pregnant than the 3 other pregnancies (miscarried once).

If I am pregnant, I hope this is my little girl!!  But if not and it does turn out to be something else, my faith is very strong and all I can do is give it to God and figure out the rest as we go along.

Thank you again for your comment Gina04, I appreciate your concern!

You should definitely be seen to rule out an ectopic pregnancy.  I would call the doctor right away.
