Could I possibly be pregnant

My last period ended February 20th.  Over the past three days I have experienced some brown spotting and light (almost pink) blood spotting.  I have also been a little crampy and nauseous.  Today, especially, I woke up and was dry heaving.  I have not noticed any unusual fatigue or headaches.

Could I possibly be pregnant or is it too soon to tell?  I have been pregnant before...but I don't remember the fatigue or nausea setting in until I was about 8 weeks pregnant.  I am currently on birth control (loestrin 24) but I have been taking this pill for months and have not had these kind of symptoms with it before.

No I haven't experienced breakthrough bleeding before.  I did miss my pill on Friday, but I took it Saturday morning and have not missed any since.  But today I still have darker discharge then normal.

It may be too soon to tell. If you have been taking your pills on time everyday, without missing a dose and doubling up constantly, then the pill is effective. Have you experienced breakthrough bleeding before? I notice that the pills low in estrogen can cause that, especially if you miss one.

If it persists and the bleeding becomes heavier and longer, I suggest speaking to the gyno to rule out pregnancy.
