Thanks so much for your info.

I am not sure if my thyroid is off. i think i better get it checked. I have good volume of hair and have a normal hair fall when i wash, not more. But i have been facing irregular periods since a year.. i get my periods after 4 months.. so do u still feel it may be pre-menopause?? I have heard that menopause starts between 45-50 yrs of age. I am only 38.. so is it possible that i may be having early menopause?? does that mean that even if i get married now i may have probs in bearing children?? I am really worried. plz assist.

Possible pre-menopause or you could have thrown your thyroid off wack!  Blood test won't tell you if your thyroid is off.  See a professional diet doctor or nutritionist.  I had this same problem and I am 45.  Have you noticed more hair coming out when you wash?  Thinning hair is a dead give away.  Hope this helps.
