Excrutiating Pain

I was just laying down on my belly in my bed when this pain in my vaginal area started. It hurts so bad. When I cough or walk it gets worse, and when I try sitting down it feels like I have something under me that I am sitting on. I went to use the restroom and noticed that I was bleeding bright red. I am not due for my period, on a count that I just had one, and this has never happened before.

If anyone has had this happen before, please give me advise on how to ease the pain, or whether I should seek medical attention or not.

Thank-you in advance,
Cassandra

Thank you for the advice. I ended up taking the doctor advice and I went to the emergency room. I had actually went there exactly a week ago for bleeding issues, and all my urine and blood tests came back normal. Upon going tonight, I ended up finding out that I am 4 WEEKS PREGNANT! I was totally shocked and taken by surprise, and the pain and bleeding was by body's way of telling me I guess.

Again, thank you for the advice. It was well worth the trip.

I've never had anything like that before, but I would definitely suggest seeking medical attention.
