Hello,
Grade 2 prolapse is decent of the uterus up to the introitus. Treatment of prolapsed depends on how weak the supporting structures around your uterus have become. First of all suppository ovules or rings inserted into the vagina can be used. If the symptoms persist then you may need surgery. You should consult your gynecologist and discuss these two options with her. Also eat plenty of fiber rich diet to avoid constipation.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
