HELP ME

ok im a black person and i have a spread of white bumps on my vagina also where the bottom of my vagina it grew there and they are hard  they do irritate me sometimes not all the time i always keep yeast infections and i always try to keep myself clean like use creams i been to the doctor for my first she gave me some cream she said its just a common cystis she a lie  ...SO CAN SOMEONE RELATE OR TELL ME WHAT TO DO or what it is ?????

They are probably condyloma.  You need to see a gynecologist, because there is treatment for them.
Another term for them is genital warts.

If your doctor isn't giving you proper answers, its time to see another doctor.

While I'm not an OBGYN I can honestly say that I've never heard of white hard bumps being associated with yeast infections. Since you are prone to getting them so often, I would go get a second opinion since your current doctor sees no problem when obviously there might be one.
