HELP!!Asking again-Missed Period

I am 16 years old. So two weeks ago on a Thursday I noticed that I was spotting. On that day I went to my boyfriend's house but did not have sex. I am a virgin. This is embarrassing but we were in our underwear. >.< My cycle started to change around March 2011. Before, my period would occur at the very end of the month/very beginning of a month. But in March my period came 2 weeks later than usual. Then sort of continued this way but in June it seemed like my period was 4 weeks after the last one. It is now July 22 and last night I had some dark discharge, but not necessarily completely brown. But when I woke up I didn't start, nor did I have heavy discharge. Sometimes I have mood swings and dull lower abdominal pain. Can sperm travel through clothing? Am I pregnant? Please, please help.

it doesn't sound like you could get pregnant from that sounds like your having problems with your cycle being irregular which is normal for a teenage girl the dark blood was probably old blood nothing to worry about and your other symptoms sound pretty normal for most women especially around the time they are going to start but if your still concerned you can take a pregnancy test and see what it says

No sperm cannot travel through clothing. There are a lot of things that can cause your period to get all screwed up or be late. If it happens on a regular basis you may want to see a OBGYN to find out what is causing it. Usually it is nothing serious. Some things that can cause irregular cycles are a condition called PCOS, being underweight, being overweight, and sometimes stress can even cause it. I am sure there are other things but those are the only ones I know about. As for brown discharge, that is normally old blood. Some women experience this shortly before they get their periods or shortly after. As for the dull sore breast, that too can be related to your menstral cycle. Again, if it continues and you are concerned, you should see a doctor. Good luck.
