Hi, that might not be milk, like breast milk for babies. Sometimes when our hormones are out of sync, we get this. I had it. It's called prolactemia. They first checked my pituitary gland for a small (NON DANGEROUS IF someone has it) tumor through MRI. I didn't have one so they also checked my hormone levels and I produced too much estrogen. My thyroid was also slow. All of that equates to a hormone imbalance and why I had the nipple discharge if I expressed or squeezed it. See if it clears up but if it doesn't, see your doctor about it. good luck
