Honey and cinnaman?

I got this email from a friend today and it talked about all these things that honey and cinnaman can do. Supposidly it's supposed to do all these really good things for your body. Lower your cholesterol, help loose weight, help with fatigue, bad breath, hair loss, bladder infection, etc. etc.
Has anybody heard anything about this? Reading it, it seemed a little too good to be true. I was just wondering if any of you have heard or used this and it actualy working.

Thanks :)

I think I read somewhere that if you consume honey from the area you live in, it can help with allergies.  Guess the honey helps build antibodies to pollen, mold, etc.

And cinnamon just rocks.  :)

I don't know about the honey as it is full of natural sugar and if it is unpaterized can lead to samonilla poisoning and ecoli especially in infants, but cinammon I know is really good for you.  In fact you only need 1/4 tsp a day to help lower cholesterol, and I think it is blood pressure as well.  Add it to a nice cup of warm skim milk and you have something that is good for bones, blood and heart.  Not bad for something that we all have in our house
