How close to the same time do I have to take the pill everyday?

My doctor said I had to take the pill at about the same time everyday. What is about the same time, like within 10 minutes, 30, an hour? I'm just curious so that I know.

also, could extra amounts of vaginal fluid be a side effect of the pill? It does not smell odd so I dont think its a yeast infection but I'm not sure...

my dr said within an hour as well, but aim for even less variance

my dr always told me within an hour time frame of the same time rule, it just keeps a consistent level of hormones that way to keep you regular and preotected.
