I fell and hit my head/face on my metal bed frame...

Three nights ago, I fell off my bed and hit the right side of my head, think temporal/edge of eye area, on my metal bed frame.  I immediately applied ice, and took some ibuprofen.  From that moment on I've been having headaches that migrate from right eye sinus area, up into my temporal bone. There's no swelling or bruising but  immense headache pain and direct pressure tenderness.  Should I see a doctor??

It's always a good idea to see a doctor after a head injury, but if you're not having double vision, nausea, memory loss, dizzyness, or confusion you are probably fine. Just do not take any blood thinners such as asprin for the next couple of days and if symptoms worsen definitely get yourself checked out!

Yes you should have that check by your doctor. Please call tomorrow, or if symptoms get worse go to an ER or Urgent Care in your area.
