I have a long crease or cut on my vagina ?? HELP

Ok so I'm a 15 year old female and for the past couple of months I've had this like crease thing on the inside of my libia it's a bit long it goes from the top around were my clitoris is located all the way down to the bottom of my vagina, it can get red sometimes if I touch it or when i masturbate almost as if it's irradiated or inflamed however it does not hurt but it can get a little bit itchy. I've never had sex however I have masturbated before. I don't know what it is obviously but it really bothers me but I'm too embarrassed to tell my parents or anyone about it. I've tried to leave it alone and I've also stopped masturbating hoping it will go away but it doesn't and it's been there for a long time please help!

Hi,
If this crease/cut is painful, bleeding or leaking fluid, appears infected, and swollen you really should have it looked at by a doctor just so it doesn't become worse... Sometimes minor infections, such as yeast infections or Bacterial Vaginosis (BV) can cause cuts and creases around the vulva. You can try taking a hydrogen peroxide bath in the mornings for 5 days; add/mix 1/2 to 1 cup of hydrogen peroxide (start with 3% solution) to a warm bath, soak in the tub for 20 to 30 minutes each day, if possible. Gently swish the water around your vulva during bath; once you dry off completely wear cotton underwear or shorts for maximum air flow. Don't masturbate until this heals. If you don't notice any improvement soon, you should make an appointment w/your doctor for a pelvic exam. Take Care
