Your menstrual cycle occurs in phases, your period and ovulation being two separate phases. During each cycle, ovulation actually occurs after menstruation (your period). You're going to get your period again at the start of your next cycle, so you just have to figure out when your phases occur during the month in order to figure out if you're getting your period this month.
